Introduction
Our company has many years of experience in producing metal furniture (many of them certified) as well as all the items necessary for making the prefabricated wet unit.
Having experience in producing wall and ceiling panels, floors and doors, we made one step further and start production of prefabricated wet modules. Our wet units are ideal for use on marine industry and off shore installation.
We are offering standard range of units or they could be custom made, according to customer specification and documentation. As well as all our products, wet units, are made from high quality and certified materials.
They are build in such a way to ensure easy and fast handling and installation. We can offer already assembled wet units or flat packed and delivered to the final destination.
Specification
Construction:
a. Floor Pan • Made of black steel or stainless steel. • Surface is sand-blast cleaned and covered by anti corrosion surface and finished perginol or tails. Underfloor heating as an option. • For the thermal isolation can be used Rockwool 30 (as an option). • Stainless steel drain cover.
b. Toilet’s reinforcement for the toilet constructed specially for the specified toilet.
c. Walls • BANCO’s walls in WET construction. Inside Rockwool 150 25mm/50mm, outside galv steel 2x0.6 mm. Visible side PCV foil.
d. Ceiling • Made according to panel system construction or in one-piece construction if possible. Inside Rockwool 150 25mm/50mm, outside galv steel 2x0.6 mm. Visible side PCV foil or in RAL.
e. Doors • BANCO type B15 or C class. Powder painted or PCV foil. Stainless steel sill cover, complete lock in standard, WC indicator, long escutcheon, door closer.
Piping and electrical installation.
a. Hot and cold water installation • 3layers aluminum pipes without joints in hidden places. Separate valves for hot and cold water. Water trap from wash basin.
b. Electrical installation • All cables are connected to main switch box in shaft. For 25mm wall cable with switch for electricity in cabin is placed near door.
c. Light • Light fitting with power 1x18W together with integrated mirror cabinet. Light fittings can be provide in whole range of voltage supply (110-230) and frequency (50-60 Hz). As a standard light fittings is with dual voltage shaver socket.
